目的 探讨不同频率(l0Hz、1Hz)重复经颅磁刺激(repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation,rTMS)刺激右侧大脑半球Broca区镜像区对脑卒中后非流畅性失语患者语言功能恢复的作用及rTMS改善非流畅性失语的机制.方法 对2例脑卒中后非流畅性失语患者分别进行低频rTMS治疗(1Hz)和高频rTMS治疗(10Hz),应用西方失语症成套检查量表(Western Aphasia Battery,WAB)进行rTMS治疗前后的语言评估,观察语言功能的改善情况,并对其进行fMRI检查,fMRI采用标准的组块设计方法 ,扫描时执行词汇朗读任务,观察每个患者rTMS治疗前及治疗后大脑半球激活区的变化情况.
