  目的:肱骨髁上骨折的发病率占儿童肘部骨折的50%~60%,其中儿童移位性肱骨髁上骨折占大多数.由于肱骨髁上的解剖特性,儿童移位性肱骨髁E骨折常需积极手术治疗.探讨外内侧联合小切口入路内固定治疗肱骨髁上骨折的疗效.方法:2005年7月~2012年11月,采用外内侧小切口人路交叉克氏针固定治疗儿童移位肱骨髁上骨折63例.疗效判定标准根据Flynn临床功能评定标准,以提携带角丢失及伸屈功能丢失程度评定肘关节功能5J.
