  Objective: To observe the changes of XCT expression in lung of COPD model mice induced by cigarette smoke and the relationship between the expression of and the content of glutathione in lung.Methods: COPD model was induced by cigarette smoke in C57BL/6 mice for 24 weeks.Using QPCR to measure the level of XCT mRNA in mouse and western-blot to test the level of XCT protein.
