　　枳壳(Fructus aurantii)为芸香科植物酸橙(Citrus aurantium L.)及其变种的未成熟果实.枳壳的主要成分为挥发油类、黄酮类及有机碱等，具有理气宽中、行滞消胀的功效，主治胸胁气滞，胀满疼痛，食积不化，痰饮内停；胃下垂，脱肛，子官脱垂等病症.江西枳壳历史悠久，江枳壳是江西道地药材之一，其柚皮苷、橙皮苷、等黄酮类成分含量高，品质优异.本文就江枳壳的分布、主要成分、规范化种植、采收技术、药材的产量与质量等方面研究进展做简单介绍，并讨论了江枳壳与其他地区枳壳的差异性.
