Combination therapy has emerged as a promising strategy for treating multidrug resistant (MDR) cancer.In the previous studies, we found that cryptotanshinone (CPT), an active compound from Salvia miltiorrhiza (Danshen), can reverse paclitaxel (PTX)-resistant ovarian cancer cells through regulating multiple MDR factors.
