Polymeric micelles with tunable channels (PMTC) have been prepared with two kinds of diblock copolyrners and used for ibuprofen controlled-release and protective effects of polypeptide, respectively.PMTC could effectively control the release rate of ibuprofen and avoid its burst diffusion.Also, it could protect encapsulated polypeptide from degradation against trypsin and transport the oral polypeptide through gastrointestinal tract into circulation system.Herein, PMTC hold great potential applications for controlled release and oral delivery of drugs.
