LXT-101 is a new gonadotropin-relea-sing hormone(GnRH) antagonist which showed excellent character of chemical castration[1].In this study,a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method was established to examine related substances and determine peptide content,and Kjeldah method was supplied to directly determine the nitrogen content as a supporting method.
