【摘要】

：

凋亡是一个高度保守的过程,它对细胞的自动调节与发展至关重要。细胞调节异常是肿瘤的形成、瘤的维持以及细胞产生耐药的的基本要求[1]。调节凋亡的蛋白有两种：促凋亡蛋白(例如BAX,BAK,BAD,BIM,NOXA)和抗凋亡蛋白(例如Bcl-2,Bcl-xl,Mcl-1),两者动态结合共同控制着程序凋亡。
