Background Now percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) is the main treatment method for CHD,transfemoral PCI intervention is easy for surgical operation,but the patients need bed rest for 12-24 hours.Meanwhile the transradial road was chosen as a more popular PCI method.Our meta-analysis was to evaluate the efficacy and safety of transradial approach PCI vs transfemoral approach PCI for coronary artery disease.
