　　After the tsunami of the Great East Japan Earthquake and the nuclear accident in Fukushima,500,000 or more people were obliged to spend refuge life in all over Japan.According to an article of Mainichi Newspapers based on the public reports of the damaged prefectures and the National Police Agency,the first report about the number of evacuees appeared on 15 March 2011,but the details of the number of evacuees before it wereyet unknown.
