吉林省东部山区自然生境内蜱的种类鉴定及牛瑟氏泰勒虫检测

  牛瑟氏泰勒虫病是一种广泛分布于世界各地的蜱传性原虫病,感染该病的牛常常会成为病原体的携带者,直接影响牛的健康发育和牛类产品的产量与质量.自然生境中的蜱是牛瑟氏泰勒虫的传播媒介.为了解吉林省东部山区蜱的种类及其携带牛瑟氏泰勒虫的情况,本研究采用布旗法在延吉市、龙井市、珲春市,3个市6个调查位点的自然生境内采集了280只蜱游离蜱类样本的采集并保存70%乙醇中,显微镜下依据经典蜱类形态学种属鉴定蜱的种类,并以牛瑟氏泰勒虫MPSP基因为靶基因,采用PCR方法对吉林省东部山区不同种类蜱DNA进行了牛瑟氏泰勒虫的检测.结果表明本研究所采集到蜱隶属2属2种,其中长角血蜱占94.6%、全沟硬蜱占5.4%.说明吉林省东部山区自然生境内主要以长角血蜱和全沟硬蜱为主,长角血蜱是优势蜱.在长角血蜱的DNA中检测了牛瑟氏泰勒虫,而全沟硬蜱中没有检测到牛瑟氏泰勒虫,表明长角血蜱是传播牛瑟氏泰勒虫的媒介蜱.
