生物钟振子实验与模型的一些交叉研究

  生物钟是一个非常合适模型与实验交叉合作研究的课题,因为它具有一些非常复杂有趣的动力学行为。由于传统的生物学手段不足以厘清其深刻的机制,因此必须有数学模型的参与。生物钟表现为以24 小时为周期的动物活动/睡眠切换,以及植物叶片开/合等现象,而在细胞内的本质则是蛋白质浓度振荡。其中有一些非常有意思的生物学现象,1)例如对刺激的周期性记忆现象;2)活动睡眠的反相位切换;3)特殊刺激下振荡消失的奇异性现象等。
