两种海拔高度肝癌患者p16基因表达的差异性

  目的:探讨不同海拔高度的缺氧因素对HCC手术切除样本中抑癌基因P16基因表达的影响.意义:发现基因表达的部位差异性,为高原环境中肝癌的发病机制和病因研究提供实验基础.方法:采用免疫组织化学方法,对72例HCC手术后的组织经10%甲醛固定的样本进行PS染色,计数阳性细胞,≥10%为阳性表达.结果:二组来源不同海拔高度的标本,P16阳性反应均主要定位于细胞浆,细胞核中少见.P16阳性率分别为54.28%:59.45.二者统计学P>0.5.结论:来自≤1000M海拔、≥2360M海拔环境的分别为实验组Ⅰ和实验组Ⅱ,对其细胞P16表达分析的结果进行推导.本组实验表明高原缺O2环境因素对同种病种的基因P16表达的阳性率无统计学差异.但表达部位有所不同.
