金黄色葡萄球菌是奶牛乳房炎中常见的感染性病原菌,由其引发的乳房炎给奶牛养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失.为了指导临床合理使用抗生素治疗金黄色葡萄球菌性乳房炎,该研究通过K-B纸片法从临床型奶牛乳房炎乳汁中分离鉴定了39株金黄色葡萄球菌,并进行了药敏实验.结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药性较强,其耐药率达到了89.5％；其次是红霉素和四环素,耐药率分别为28.9％和21.1％；对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、

金黄色葡萄球菌是奶牛乳房炎中常见的感染性病原菌,由其引发的乳房炎给奶牛养殖业造成了巨大的经济损失.为了指导临床合理使用抗生素治疗金黄色葡萄球菌性乳房炎,该研究通过K-B纸片法从临床型奶牛乳房炎乳汁中分离鉴定了39株金黄色葡萄球菌,并进行了药敏实验.结果显示,金黄色葡萄球菌对青霉素的耐药性较强,其耐药率达到了89.5％；其次是红霉素和四环素,耐药率分别为28.9％和21.1％；对庆大霉素、卡那霉素、妥布霉素、甲氧西林、环丙沙星和氧氟沙星较为敏感,耐药率分别为7.9％、7.9％、5.3％、5.3％、2.6％和2.6％；而对夫西地酸、莫匹罗星、利福平和万古霉素表现的极敏感,耐药率均为0.此外,26.3％的菌株对2种以上的抗生素同时表现为耐药.结果表明,兰州地区金黄色葡萄球菌对抗菌药物耐药性严重,相关部门应加强药物管理,指导临床合理使用抗菌药物.
