　　Educational quality management of postgraduate student is the lifeline the postgraduate education.The article constructs the total quality viewpoint by the re-cognition of educational quality and teaching management, puts forward the strategy and the method of the total quality management of postgraduate education.It has important practical guidance significance for the improvement of educational quality of postgraduate students of military colleges in the new situation.
