Objective To assess the benefit of mono-energy CT value determination of spectral imaging in differential diagnosis of osteolytic bone metastases and Schmorls nodes. Methods Fifteen pathologically proven malignant tumor patients with CT,MR and PET-CT imaging confirmed osteolytic bone metastases(36 lesions) and 18 patients with 22 Schmorls nodes underwent dual-energy spectral CT imaging using a high definition CT (Discovery CT750 HD,GE).
