2019年8月26日,我国新一批自贸区正式获批,至此中国自贸区形成了"1+3+7+1+6"的全面发展新格局.海南自由贸易区(港)是我国首个中国特色自由贸易港,肩负着新时代全面深化改革开放的历史使命,在建设过程中需借鉴国内外成功自贸区的建设经验.文章对美国、新加坡、中国上海、中国陕西自贸区建设实践进行分析,并结合海南自身发展情况给出建议,建议海南建立灵活的对外贸易监管方式、构建多元的经济结构、营造良好的营商环境.

干旱胁迫对4种湿地植物生理特性的影响

以再力花、紫芋、海寿花、黄菖蒲4种湿地植物为试验材料,测定其在不同干旱胁迫条件下的相关生理生化指标,研究表明:干旱胁迫下,4种湿地植物的叶片脯氨酸、丙二醛和可溶性糖含量显著升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性随着胁迫时间的延长表现出先升高后降低的趋势;叶绿素含量、细胞膜透性随胁迫加重而呈逐渐降低趋势。综合各生理指标,4种湿地植物的抗旱性由强到弱为再力花、紫芋、黄菖蒲、海寿花。
