Even though vegetable grafting has been practiced for a considerable period in cucurbits and solanaceous vegetables, popular grafting methods vary greatly depending upon kind of vegetables, nature of producers such as individuals and/or commercial producers, availability of grafting tools and machines, and countries and regions.Other factors such as the purpose of grafting, cultivation methods such as field or protected cultivation, time of year for cultivation, orders from farmers, import or expert, scale of grafting unit, and many others are also influencing the grafting methods.
