我国苜蓿属与胡卢巴属植物的表型特征及数量分类研究

  本研究以中国苜蓿属(Medicago L.)与胡卢巴属(Trigonella L.)植物共16种为研究对象,查阅并测量了全国8个重要标本馆所收藏的苜蓿属与胡卢巴属植物标本,应用数量分类方法,结合种皮特征和花粉形态观察,采用26个质量性状和14个数量性状进行了聚类分析和主成分分析,其结果将苜蓿属及与胡卢巴属分为4组:(1)一年生,花序短缩呈伞形或单生,无总花梗或具较短的总花梗,荚果圆柱形(即原葫芦巴属一年生种);(2)多年生,荚果扁平、椭圆形(即苜蓿属阔荚亚属Subgen.Platycarpos,含扁蓿豆属Melilotoides Heister ex Fabr.和黑荚豆属Turukhania Vass.等属共6种);(3)多年生,荚果镰状到螺旋状盘曲(即苜蓿属镰荚亚属Subgen.Medicago);(4)一年生,荚果肾形或具棘刺盘状卷曲球形(即苜蓿属天蓝苜蓿亚属Subgen.Lupulina).根据相似性系数,在欧氏距离为5.82处聚为一支,紫花苜蓿复合体(紫花苜蓿M.sativa.、黄花苜蓿M.falcata和多变苜蓿M.varia Martyn)植物之间具有比较近的亲缘关系,这与天然杂交的实际情况符合.
