经支气管针吸活检在支气管腔外病变诊断中的价值初探

【摘要】

：

目的探讨经支气管针吸活检(TBNA)对纵隔淋巴结及肺门病变的诊断价值.方法 2012年11月-2013年5月收治的15例纵隔淋巴结肿大或肺门肿块患者,男9例,女性6例,平均年龄60 (40-74)岁,纵隔淋巴结肿大9例,肺门淋巴结肿大2例,肺门肿块4例.在清醒镇静及局部麻醉下用王氏针行TBNA,获取的组织分别送细胞学及病理学检查,并根据临床资料、影像学及外科手术切除标本的病理学结果等判断诊断符合
