objective:To study the effects of ZCB on anti-inflammatory and provide some pharmacological basis for clinical treatment.Methods:(1) 40 male mice were randomly divided into four groups,namely,model control group,dexamethasone group (5mg/kg),ZCB low dose group (0.45g/kg),ZCB high-dose group (0.9g/kg),10 in each group.Gastric gavage corresponding drugs for 5 days,drug delivery volume for 10 ml/kg,model control group takes such as volume normal saline irrigation.Study the ZCB anti-inflammatory effects by the mice auricle swelling induced by xylene method research.(2) 40 male rats were randomly divided into four groups,namely,model control group,dexamethasone group (5mgfkg),ZCB low dose group (0.35g/kg),ZCB high dose group (0.7g/kg),each group of 10 rats.Gastric gavage corresponding drugs for 5 days,drug delivery volume for 10 ml/kg,model control group takes such as volume normal saline irrigation.Study the ZCB anti-inflammatory effects by 10% egg white rats foot metatarsus swelling method.Result:In the Xylene-induced ear edema experiment,Dexamethasone group,ZCB low-dose group,ZCB high-dose group,compared with the model group,have statistically significant (P<0.05).In 10% egg white induced rat paw edema experiment,each treatment group,compared with the model group,has significant statistical significance (P<0.01).ZCB inhibit xylene-induced ear edema in mice,and egg white induced paw edema in rats also showed significant inhibition.Conclusion:ZCB have anti-inflammatory effects.
