Double wavelength optical short pulse generation with high wavelength stability using one oscillating cavity to share the same gain medium has many advantages for the generation of Terahertz radiation based on photomixing method with small size and compact structure[1-8].In this paper,we proposed and discussed a new scheme to realize terahertz radiation generation as well as high speed signal modulation for the future high speed terahertz communication systems[9-11].
