Sheath blight (SB), eaused by Rhizoctonia solani Kühn, is one of the most destructive diseases in rioe worldwide.Rice resistance to SB is controlled by quantitative trait locus (QTL).In the present study, 63 chromosome single segment substitution lines (CSSSLs) in the background of HJX74, an indica rice cultivar with moderate resistance to SB, were used to map SB resistance QTLs (SB-QTL).
