本文通过实验方法对滤芯式除尘器喷吹射流系统的最佳清灰条件进行了研究.研究方法是制作滤芯式除尘器实验装置后,选定清灰系统中的三个重要条件,射流的喷吹压力、喷吹距离以及喷吹时间作为研究对象,通过检测喷吹前后各特定位置的振动强度变化和压力变化,最终挑选出同时满足振幅和压力两项最佳的清灰条件组合.实验结果:本研究选定的滤芯(长度*外径=540mm*160mm)除尘器最佳清灰条件组合是,其一;喷吹压力3kgf/cm2,喷吹距离15cm,喷吹时间0.2s,其二;喷吹压力3kgf/cm2,喷吹距离15cm,喷吹时间0.3s。
