龟裂链霉菌中胁迫应答及形态分化调控因子SigrB的生物功能研究

龟裂链霉菌(Streptomyces rimosus)是一种重要的四环素类药物的工业生产菌株,具有丰富的形态发育、生理分化过程以及次级代谢途径,被认为具有巨大的开发潜力因而受到广泛关注.SigmaB因子是一类基因转录调控因子,具有调控菌体的生长发育及次级代谢途径等功能的.在龟裂链霉菌模式菌ACCT10970的测序过程中发现一个SigmaB类似蛋白编码基因(sigrB),通过在大肠杆菌和龟裂链霉菌模式菌M4018中过量表达sigrB,并用于环境胁迫实验分析,结果表明,大肠杆菌和龟裂链霉菌突变株对温度、渗透压和氧化还原压力的耐受性均显著提高.
