运用文献资料、专家访谈及案例研究等方法对体育行政纠纷的解决路径进行研究。首先,对体育行政纠纷的内涵、特征进行了界定和阐述。其次,对体育行政管理主体资格及体育行政纠纷的分类进行分析。最后,围绕体育行政调解、体育行政复议、体育行政诉讼的内涵界定与受案范围等方面对体育行政纠纷的解决路径进行了分析和论证。以期为我国体育行政纠纷的解决实践提供参考价值。
Using literature, expert interviews and case studies and other methods to study the path of administrative disputes in sports. First of all, the connotation and characteristics of sports administrative disputes are defined and elaborated. Secondly, the article analyzes the classification of the subject of sports administration and the class of sports administrative disputes. Finally, the paper analyzes and verifies the solution path of sports administrative disputes in terms of sports administrative mediation, sports administrative reconsideration, the connotation of sports administrative litigation and the scope of accepting cases. With a view to provide reference value for the solution of sports administrative disputes in our country.
