The existence of multidrug resistance (MDR) poses a major barrier for the clinical treatment of various malignant human cancers, and the polymeric nanoparticles have been shown potential in overcoming MDR.However, the conventional polymeric nanoparticles are plagued by low stability, poor tumor cell uptake, as well as deficient drug release inside the target tumor cells.
