：

目的 探讨乳腺癌发生与演进过程中血管生成作用及其变化规律.方法 应用实时超声造影微血管成像(MVI)技术及时间-强度曲线定量分析技术检测50例正常乳腺,50例单纯增生,50例非典型增生(AH),50例导管内原位癌,50例浸润性导管癌微血管造影特征及灌注参数峰值强度(PI)曲线下面积(AUC)、廓清时间(WOT),免疫组化技术检测微血管密度(MVD)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及受体Flk-1/K
