Background This study was to investigate the status of secondary prevention in patients with acute coronary syndrome received percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) during hospitalization and after discharge.Methods We collected the information of patients with acute coronary syndrome undergoing PCI in our hospital from January 1,2009 to December 31,2011,and investigated and analyzed the condition of secondary prevention and drugs therapies for patients after discharge through outpatient or telephone follow-up mode.
