复合材料在卫星天线阵展开机构传动轴上的应用研究

  传动轴是卫星天线阵面展开机构的关键部件,采用细长杆结构,要求承受额定扭矩,同时对其重量有严格要求。采用传统合金钢重量较重。树脂基复合材料由于具有低密度、高比强度、高比模量、耐疲劳、热膨胀系数小及一体化成型等优点,成为研制卫星用传动轴的理想材料。本文根据卫星展开机构传动轴的需求,通过对材料设计、制造工艺等进行深入研究,研制出符合卫星型号需求的星载复合材料传动轴。
