The convenience and flexibility in different chronic treatment regimes made the micellar vehicle a potential candidate for drug loading and injection treatment.Herein,two amphiphilic copolymers with similar composition and molecule weight while different topological structure,linear PCL-b-P(PEGMA-co-MAEBA) and star[PCL-P(PEGMA-co-MAEBA)]4,were designed and synthesized for efficient delivery of hydrophobic drugs (Fig.1).These copolymers with different topology showed well-defined Mn and favorable PDI values (Mw/Mn < 1.50).The micelles self-assembled from star copolymers had larger particle size and higher drug loading capacity than that from linear copolymers.
