对碳酸铝铵合成的工艺条件进行了研究,研究了反应物的滴定次序、溶液浓度及加入速度、反应温度等因素对反应产物的影响。实验结果表明,Al(3+)周围有足够的碳酸氢铵是生成碳酸铝铵的关键,必须将硫酸铝铵加入到碳酸氢铵溶液中,并且碳酸氢铵的浓度大于1.0mol/L才有可能生成碳酸铝铵。另外,温度越高,越有利于生成碳酸铝铵,但反应温度不能超过60℃。生成碳酸铝铵后,加热至230℃,则碳酸铝铵分解成Al2O3,升温至1200℃,则生成α-Al2O3。
The conditions for the synthesis of ammonium aluminum carbonate were studied.
