　　Acute Liver Failure (ALF), a clinical syndrome caused by multiple factors, is characterized by severe and extended liver cell damages.Bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC) transplantation has become an effective means in the treatment of liver failure in recent years.We investigate the effects of BMSC transplantation on pathological changes and the expression of CD 163 and IL-10 in liver tissues from rat model with ALF.
