  As an important pathogen of human, Herpes Simplex Virus1 (HSV-1) can infect mucosa and nervous system above the waist, but also other organs.It interacts specifically with host cells in different infectious phases, resulting in modulation of the biological characteristics of cells.The previous works had been shown that, in the NK cell activity-depleted mice, the mortality rate of infection with HSV-1 and the virus titers in the brain, liver, and spleen were notably higher than in the control mice, suggesting when the immune system is in low function, HSV-1 maybe leads to serious liver pathological change.However, the molecular mechanism involved remains to be elucidated.
