Objective: To detect the serum levels of MIP-1a, RANTES,SDF-1 as well as the expression of CCR5/CXCR4 on CD4+/CD8+ T lymphocytes in HIV-infected individuals and discuss their implications.Methods: The HIV infection group with no clinical symptoms of HIV disease (named as the infection group) and the HIV uninfection group (called as the control group) were designed.ELISA was used to detect the levels of the investigated chemokines.The expression of cell membrane molecules was analyzed by Flow Cytometry.
