More and more researches have revealed that chemotherapy drugs not only induce tumor cell apoptosis but also activate autophagy.Ambroxol(Ax)as a molecular chaperone could activate coordinated lysosomal expression and regulation network by transcription factors EB and modulate lysosomal biochemistry.
