Objective: To prepare compound Scutellaria gel nasal drops, and to establish its quality control standards.Method: The gel was prepared by taking baicalin and ephedrine hydrochloride as main components, Carbopol-940 as gel matrix and Borax as pH and viscosity modifier;HPLC was used to determine the contents of baicalin and ephedrine hydrochloride.
