Magnetite (Fe3O4) is one of the most promising candidate anode materials for LIBs because of its higher theoretical reversible capacity (926 mAh g-1) in comparison with the carbonaceous substances [1,2].However,the low initial coulombic efficiency and the severe volume changes during the Li ions insertion/extraction processes lead to a poor cycling performance,limiting the commercialization of this potential material [3,4].
