Objective: To study the clinical efficacy and side effects of euguiem mycophenolate mofetil (MMF) in the treatment of immune thrombocyte penia.Methods: A total of 20 patients with primary immune thrombocytopenia from December 2011 to February 2013 were treated daily with MMF at a dose of 1.0 g in our center.Curative effects and side effects were observed.Results: The total percentage of efficiency was 70％.No serious adverse effects were observed.Conclusion: The proposed treatment was safe and effective for MMF in the treatment of primary immune thrombocytopenia.
