Objective: the single use of orthodontics and orthognathic treatment on dental abnormalities patients will bring such new problems, such as difficulty in dental repairing.So this research was to discuss the application of combining with Orthodontics and Orthognathic treatment on dentognathic deformity.Methods: 60 cases of dental defect with dental deformities were treated with combining with orthodontics and orthognathic methods, and another 47 cases for traditional single use of orthognathic treatment was as the contral groups.
