基于分波阵面干涉的光谱域共通路光学相干层析成像

  我们提出一种使用分波阵面干涉仪的光谱域共通路光学相干层析成像技术。传统的光学相干层析(OCT)系统[1]基于迈克尔逊干涉仪原理,为分振幅干涉,由于在系统中构建参考臂与样品臂时需要使用分光镜(或光纤分束器)对信号光进行分光,当信号光通过分光器件后返回时会产生50%损耗,影响成像灵敏度。对不同样品,需使用不同波长光源以获得更好的成像分辨率,这对于分光器件有较大要求或难以获得。
