Background Traditional surgical repair,as a standard treatment for ventricular septal defect (VSD),has yielded great results in the past decades.Percutaneous device closure for VSD is also associated with excellent rates of closure and low morbidity.Nevertheless,this transcatheter technique has subsequent complications such as embolization of the device,aortic insufficiency,complete heart block and so on.
