Background Atrial septal defect (ASD) is one of the most common congenital heart diseases detected in adults.Along with remarkable development of device technology,the first treatment strategy of secundum ASD has been transcatheter closure in feasible cases.However,few studies have addressed the effects of percutaneous ASD closure on patients with functional tricuspid regurgitation (TR),especially those over 60 years of age.We investigated this and the predictors of persistent TR after ASD closure.

目的 尽管无抽搐电休克治疗(MECT)是临床上治疗抑郁症的安全有效的方法,它的作用机制尚未完全阐明.为了研究MECT过程中脑血流动力反应,我们采用近红外光谱脑功能成像技术(NIRS)监测了抑郁症患者双侧前额叶皮质局部脑血流的改变.
目的 探讨盐酸度洛西汀肠溶片不同的剂量滴定方法、每天服药次数对抑郁症疗效和安全性的影响.方法 共纳入来自2010年9月～2011年1月5家医院门诊或住院抑郁症患者226例,均符合中国精神障碍分类与诊断标准第3版(CCMD-3)单相抑郁症发作的诊断,17项汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD17)总分≥19分.
目的 通过与安慰剂进行比较,评价开郁宁片治疗轻中度抑郁症(属肝气郁结证)的安全性和有效性.方法 采用多中心、随机、双盲、安慰剂平行对照的实验设计.疗程为6周.纳入符合ICD-10抑郁发作或复发性抑郁障碍或双相情感障碍有关轻、中度抑郁发作诊断标准、符合中医辨证属肝气郁结证的患者;年龄18-65岁,男女不限;筛查和基线的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)17项评分≥17分且≤24分.试验药物为开郁宁片150
目的 比较双额极与单侧顶颞极无抽搐电痉挛治疗对精神分裂症认知功能的影响.方法 将60例精神分裂症患者随机分为两组,一组接受双额极(双侧组)无抽搐电痉挛治疗,另一组接受非优势半球单侧顶颞极(单侧组)无抽搐电痉挛治疗.共给予无抽搐电痉挛治疗8次,应用重复性成套神经心理状态测验手册在治疗前、治疗4次、6次、8次时进行认知功能检测.
