目的 The pathogenesis of Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)remains incompletely understood. The damage frominflammation causes autoantigen released,T cells activated,CD4+Th1 specifically converted and activated,CXCR3-ligandexpression and CD8+T infiltrated and subsequently immune inflammatory response is initiated, localizes and remains in thelungs, leading to the development of COPD.We already known that CXCR3 plays an important role in cigarette smoke(CS)-induced pulmonary inflammation, but is it the same process in COPD?We aimed to figure out in this study.
