　　Inductively coupled plasma was used to investigate the removal of NO in NO/N2/O2/C2H4 mixtures in the plasma-assisted catalytic systems.Laser-induced fluorescence (LIF)and optical emission spectroscopy(OES)were applied to investigate the effect of the plasmas parameters(such as discharge power,discharge pressure,gas flow rate)on the species in the gas phase.Rotational and vibrational temperatures of NO or N2,determined by the comparison of experimental data and simulation,in quartz pellets packed and Co/HZSM-5catalyst pellets packed system were also discussed.
