目的:探讨颈椎体裂隙征的X线表现。方法:回顾性分析136例167个颈椎体裂隙征的X线表现。结果:颈椎体裂隙征C3椎体2个,C4椎体20个,C5椎体118个,C6椎体27个;除C4和C5椎体全裂隙型各1例在椎体下缘上方均可见上下2个裂隙、C5和C6椎体中后裂隙型各1例在椎体下缘上方均可见上下2个裂隙以及1例C4椎体全裂隙型者裂隙位于椎体中部外,其余各型均在椎体下缘上方可见1个裂隙。结论:颈椎体裂隙征发生在颈椎体下缘上方,6型中以全裂隙型最多;C5椎体裂隙征发生率最高,C4、C6椎体次之,与颈椎退行性变好发部位相一致。
Objective: To investigate the X-ray manifestations of cervical spine fissure sign. Methods: The X-ray findings of 167 cervical spondylolisthesis were retrospectively analyzed. Results: There were 2 C3 vertebral bodies, 20 C4 vertebral bodies, 118 C5 vertebral bodies and 27 C2 vertebral bodies in the cervical fissure. Up and down the two fissures, C5 and C6 vertebral body after the fissure type in 1 case above the lower edge of the vertebral body can be seen above and below the 2 fissures and 1 cases of C4 vertebral fissure type fissure located in the middle of the vertebral body, the other types were In the lower edge of the vertebral body can see a crack. CONCLUSIONS: Cervical spondylolisthesis occurs above the lower edge of cervical vertebral body, and type 6 is the most full fissure type. The incidence of C5 vertebral fissure sign is the highest, followed by C4 and C6 vertebral bodies, which is consistent with the degenerative cervical spondylosis .
