　　目的：探究PKC(Protein kinase C,PKC)对人心房肌细胞SK2(small conductance Ca2+-activated K+channels,SK2)通道的调节作用及AF 发生和维持的可能机制。方法：采用全细胞膜片钳技术、Western blotting 实验及RT-PCR 实验观察PKC 激活剂佛波酯(Phorbol-12-myristate-13-acetate,PMA)对SR 组和AF 组SK2 通道电流的调节作用,PKC 蛋白相对表达水平及PKCα、δ、ε、θ 亚型基因mRNA 水平的变化。
