Large-scale and high-quality graphene patterns on dielectric substrates have a wide range of promising application such as touch screen display,smart window,flexible solar cells,etc.Rapid single-step fabrication of graphene patterns was developed using both laser-induced chemical vapor deposition (LCVD) and femto laser direct writing (LDW) in open air.
