  The therapeutic effect of Arsenic trioxide(ATO,As2O3.) was limited because of its poor pharmaceutics and side effect caused by dose-limited toxicity and drug leakage during delivering process.Hollow mesoporous silica nanoparticles(HMSN) made by cationic surfactant assisted selective etching strategy have regular porous structure and greater drug loading capacity than MCM-41type silica nanoparticles with the same size in our past work.
