Introduction: Cherubism is a rare self-limiting fibro-osseous lesion usually characterized by symmetrical enlargement of the jaws, that with a family history.Cherubism, which was first reported as a familial multilocular cystic disease by Jones in 1933, is an autosomal dominate disorder in which the normal bone is replaced by cellular fibrous and immature bone.In this paper, we exhibit two cases of cherubism from different families and discuss the radiologic characteristics of these conditions.
